Pinknoise Systems
Pinknoise migrated from Shopware to SHOPLINE B2B/B2C across UK and EU stores, with Veeqo, Stripe, Patchworks and a custom VAT engine wired in. Bounce rate cut by 80%, two regions running on one operations spine.

What they were up against.
Pinknoise Systems supplies the film and video production industry, a market that demands precise inventory, fast onboarding and accurate cross-border pricing. Their existing Shopware platform was struggling: limited integration capability, slow checkout and a backend that couldn't keep pace with the operations team.
On top of platform limitations, Brexit had pushed the business into managing two stores across the UK and EU with diverging VAT rules, duties, multi-currency pricing and shipping logic. Stock and orders had to stay in sync between regions in real time, and the experience needed to feel as good on mobile as on desktop.
How we built it.
Stakeholder workshops to capture every operational requirement. A written spec covering architecture, design, data flows and success metrics, the document the entire build was measured against.
Two storefronts running on one platform, with GEO-IP detection sending visitors to the right region automatically. Region-specific pricing, currency, tax and shipping rules, but one back office.
Veeqo for inventory and shipping, Stripe for payments, Trusted Shopper for reviews, Patchworks for data flow between systems, and Hotjar for behavioural analytics. Every system talks to every other in real time.
VAT reverse-charge mechanisms with a validation widget. Shipping costs computed against UK postcode prefixes. A bespoke quoting flow letting the internal sales team build and send B2B quotes without leaving SHOPLINE.
How the systems connect
Two regional SHOPLINE storefronts, one Veeqo for inventory and shipping, one Stripe for payments, with Patchworks orchestrating data flows between them and Hotjar capturing behavioural signals. GEO-IP routes visitors to the right region.
What it unlocked.
Predictive search, quick view, sticky filters and a mobile-optimised journey cut bounce by 80%, and lifted mobile conversions visibly.
Stock levels sync between SHOPLINE and Veeqo continuously. No manual re-entry, no stockouts caused by data drift.
Customer inquiries, order processing, fulfilment and reporting all run from one place. The team isn't switching between five tools to ship one order.
Bespoke VAT and shipping logic keeps every cross-border order compliant without slowing down checkout.
Digital Stratagems transformed our eCommerce platform into a powerful, efficient solution that exceeds our expectations. The integration of SHOPLINE and Veeqo has streamlined our operations and improved our customer experience significantly.
