01 · THE PAIN

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Per-flow billing scales against you

Every new flow becomes another line on the invoice. Costs compound just as your integrations turn load-bearing, and you're locked into pricing that gets worse the more value you ship.

01
Pre-built connectors don't fit your business

Off-the-shelf templates fit the average. Your ERP, your B2B logic, your edge cases, that's where the value is, and where iPaaS templates always leave gaps you fill with brittle workarounds.

02
You don't own the code

When something breaks, your team can't read it. When a connector changes, you wait for the vendor. When you want to migrate, the cost of leaving climbs with every flow you've built.

03
Black-box failures stall ops

A flow goes red at 2am. The logs are vendor-format, the stack trace lives in someone else's runtime, and you're queueing a support ticket while orders pile up.

02 · HOW WE'D SHIP IT
BESPOKE BUILDIntegrations engineered around your business logic

We model your real workflows in n8n with bespoke connectors where you need them. Code your team can read, deployed to your infrastructure, owned outright. No more templates fighting your data shape.

FLAT-FEE, NOT PER-FLOWPricing that doesn't punish growth

One up-front engagement fee for the build, then it's yours. Add flows for the cost of engineering them, not for a tier upgrade. Predictable in year one, dramatically cheaper across years two and three.

MIGRATION, THEN PARTNERSHIPMove off Celigo without breaking ops

Existing flows keep running on Celigo while we build the replacements. We swap them milestone by milestone, no big-bang cutover, no integration cliff. Then we hand over the code and stay close for as long as you want.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

The questions every Celigo owner asks.

Most migrations land in 8 to 14 weeks, depending on flow count and edge-case complexity. We scope the first milestone in the 45-minute diagnostic so you know what's realistic before you commit. Existing Celigo flows keep running while we build, there's no big-bang cutover.

On a 3-year horizon, almost always yes, particularly once flow count crosses ~15. The break-even point depends on your tier, edge-case load and growth plans. We model your actual spend versus a flat-fee bespoke build during the diagnostic, with no obligation either way.

We've shipped integrations between Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, Sage, Pimberly, SHOPLINE, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, custom ERPs and any system with an API or webhook. n8n handles the orchestration; bespoke code covers your business logic. Coverage is broader than Celigo's catalogue, and tuned to your data.

You lose the iPaaS UI for non-technical users to build flows themselves, that's the trade-off. In exchange you gain code your engineering team owns, no per-flow billing, and connectors that match your business shape. For most mid-market teams that's a clear win; for a rapid-iteration ops team building dozens of one-off flows monthly, it's worth a longer conversation.

We don't sell Celigo. We're independent integration engineers who've migrated teams off it. That's deliberate, you get an honest read on whether the move makes sense, not a pitch from someone selling the alternative on commission.
